extra np training...

had extra np training...
before that,annie taught me another song on the piano.its a nursery song...and it makes me feel so touched....mua mua....lolx.though i only remembered like 1/10 of it now...haha.
well.talking back about the extra training...
it sucks.
just foot drills and keep repeating...whole body aches like hell now.but its quite fun lar...haha.heng no need to wear full-u...and its only till 5pm.
